The research conducted at Moscow
State University, Russia on distilled water
revealed the oscillating and fluctuating character
of pH. The results may depend on the initial pH
value of the water, the type and the source of
water, the time of activation and a number of
environmental conditions. This experiment was
conducted according to standard methodology with
the help of Ionometer EV 74 (Russia). It confirmed
that in MRET water activated for 30 minutes the pH
values showed the tendency to balance closer to
neutral pH=7 compare to non-activated water.
The fact that the oscillating
changes in pH value can be observed not only for
the first hours but even during several days (at
least 14 days in case of 30 minutes MRET
activation) supports the idea that the water can
keep MRET beneficial properties for several days
at room temperature. The results of this test
confirm the scientifically valid phenomena of
existence of “water memory,” in other words the
ability of water to store the information for
significant time. Another study on oncology
diseases in animal model conducted at Kiyv
Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and
Radiobiology of Ukrainian Academy of Science
confirmed the ability of MRET water to keep its
health beneficial properties during 45 days when
it was kept refrigerated at 0°C.
Viscosity Test

The anomalous low viscosity of
MRET activated water in the area of very low
magnitudes of tangent pressure applied to the
water was discovered during the experiments
conducted at Moscow State University, Russia with
the help of Haake equipment Reometer RS 150L in
compliance with the standard methodology for this
instrumentation. Reometer contains the measurement
system of coaxial cylinders and the liquid (water
in the described test) between them. The cylinders
move inside each other very slowly in order to
create the tangent pressure along water
surfaces.
In the area of relatively
significant tangent pressure τ>0.2Pa
there was insignificant difference in the
values of viscosity of water samples depending on
the time of activation and all measurements were
close to the standard dynamic viscosity value of
the water η=0.001Pa•s=1cP at
about 20°C.
In the area of very low tangent
pressure magnitudes close to zero (the tangent
pressure τ in the range of 0.004 –
0.005Pa) the value of viscosity of
non-activated water in compliance with the
phenomenon of adgezia (molecular coupling
during the process of movement of surfaces along
each other) sharply increases 150 – 250 times, for
instance, to η=0.22Pa•s at τ=0.004Pa. In the same area of
very low tangent pressure MRET activated water
showed the anomalous effect of the decrease of
viscosity about 2 times with a slight difference
for both times of activation. As a result of such
anomalies the level of difference in the values of
viscosity for non-activated and MRET activated
water in the range of low tangent pressure
magnitudes of 0.004 – 0.005Pa was
registered at the level of 300 – 500
times for 30 minutes activated water and
at the level of 200 – 250 times for 60 minutes activated water.
The anomalous low
viscosity of MRET activated water in the area of
very low tangent pressure confirms the multilayer
molecular structuring of MRET water: the high
level of long-range molecular coupling (hydrogen
bonding) inside the “layer” and very low level of
molecular coupling between the
“layers.”
Test of
Electrodynamic Characteristics of Water
Distilled water (control
sample)

water after MRET activation (30 minutes)
....Storage time at 20°C from
0 to 5 hours.............................

The anomalous behavior of
electrodynamic characteristics (dielectric
permittivity and electrical conductivity) of MRET
water subject to applied EMF (electromagnetic
field) in the area of very low range of
frequencies was discovered during the experiments
conducted at Moscow State University, Russia with
the help of Novocontrol complex of equipment
“Turnkey System, Concept 40” in compliance with
the standard methodology for this instrumentation.
This complex of equipment contains the generator
of AC electrical current, dielectric impedance
analyzer ALPHA allowing for the range of
3x10-6–3x107 Hz, measurement
unit, temperature control unit QUATRO Cryosystem
allowing for the range of -160 – 4,000°C and data
analyzer.
The electrical conductivity of MRET activated
water at 20°C in the range of frequencies of 0.1
Hz – 100 kHz decreased by 77 – 90% in 30 minutes
activated water, and by 66 – 70% in 60 minutes
activated water respectively compare to
non-activated distilled water. The dielectric
permittivity in the very low frequencies range of
0.1 – 1000 Hz decreased by 80 – 90% and in the
range of frequencies of 1 – 100 kHz it decreased
by 18% in 30 minutes activated water; the decrease
by 70 – 85% was observed in the range of 0.1 –
1000 Hz in 60 minutes activated water compare to
non-activated water. The significant
reduction of values of electrical conductivity and
dielectric permittivity confirms the relatively
high, long-range dynamic structuring of water
molecules in activated water produced with the
help of MRET activation process.

The investigation also revealed
the ability of MRET activated water to keep its
anomalous properties for rather long period of
time (known in physics as “long-term water memory”
phenomenon) in case of 30 minutes activation, and
even higher level of “long-term water memory”
phenomenon in case of 60 minutes activation.
The significant level of
reduction of dielectric permittivity and
electrical conductivity kept by MRET water
activated for 30 minutes after it was heated to
72°C confirms its stability to thermal
effects.
REDUCTION OF FREE RADICALS IN MRET ACTIVATED
WATER
(and water is softer and pleasant to
drink!)
Free radicals (ions) can affect
the cellular function in negative way.
Consequently, the reduction of the level of free
radicals in the body leads to the enhancement of
the body homeostasis and metabolism. Testing
conducted at C.A.I. Environmental Laboratory,
Carlsbad, USA revealed the reduction of free
radicals following the process of MRET activation.
This phenomenon is subject to further
investigation. The results may depend on the type
of free radicals, initial levels of concentration
of free radicals in the water, the type and the
source of water, the time of activation and a
number of environmental conditions.
In the water activated for 30
minutes the amount of ions of calcium decreased by
72% and the amount of ions of magnesium decreased
by 18%. As a result, the hardness of water
(combined amount of ions of calcium &
magnesium) decreased by 45%. These results support
the idea that free radicals (ions) make bonding
with long-range polarized molecular structures in
MRET water and have less effect on the process of
proper cellular function. The decrease of the
hardness in MRET activated water contributes to
its soft and smooth taste!
The process of activation
increased the turbidity of water. The increase of
turbidity illustrates that free radicals bonding
with long-range polarized molecular structures of
MRET activated water form sediments.

HIGH VOLTAGE PHOTOGRAPHY
TEST
The High-Voltage photographs
showed the enhanced Corona Discharge Effect
(luminous fringes that appear around electrically
conductive samples of water) in MRET water. The
physical process of cold emission of electrons
produces the Corona Discharge phenomenon. The
emission of electrons in MRET activated water is
more intensive compare to non-activated water. It
means that the energy level of water molecules is
higher. Due to the fact that no foreign substances
were introduced to the water during the activation
process, the enhanced Corona Discharge Effect
could occur only as a result of structural changes
in MRET activated water.
